All orders placed before noon central time (Monday thru Friday - North Texas) are shipped out the same day and orders received after noon central time are shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday). You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created at the email address you provide. Orders are shipped thru UPS or USPS (depending on item). Except any orders that have a P.O. box for a shipping address they can only be shipped thru the USPS. We charge a flat rate on shipping plus some larger products will have an additional fee. All shipping charges are listed before your credit card is processed. Once order is paid for we do not add any additional charges of any kind. We are closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). All orders with a product value of less than $25 will be shipped USPS, orders over $25 will be shipped thru UPS.

All UPS orders are expected to arrive on an exact date, depending on where you are located and shipping method selected. Bad weather or other conditions may delay shipping, UPS will post any delays thru their tracking system at www.ups.com. Holidays and weekends are not counted on the in transit map. UPS next day or second day shipping is available for an additional charge. All UPS orders are insured against damage or loss, customer must contact us with problems within 7 days of expected arrival to report any problems. Photos are required for damaged items (pictures taken with a phone & emailed work well). After photos are received the damaged items will be replaced free of charge (including shipping charge). Currently 1 and 2 day shipping options have been deleted from our web site, because of corona related delays UPS is no longer guarantying a delivery date. Call or email us for express shipping quotes and the latest on expected corona delays. We are still shipping out orders the same or next business day like normal.
Overall we strive to work with customers before and after any purchase, we will answer as many questions as you have. Please ask any questions before purchase to make sure you get the product you are looking for, we answer emails on the weekends and after regular hours until 9 pm central time. We also return all voice mail messages on the next business day if we are closed when you call. We offer free color samples to verify color (email email@example.com to request samples). Samples are actual material used so your stripes/graphics will look identical. Our return policy is different depending on what type of product you have purchased, please read all exceptions below before purchase. All items not mentioned in the exceptions below may not be returned for exchange or refund. All stripe kits may not be returned, these items are made for you after your order goes thru. Any items sent back that not within our guidelines will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back. Orders may be canceled at no charge if they have not left yet.
Exceptions to above:
Smoked light covers & lens protection may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after being used if visibility is a problem. Items can only be exchanged once. Shipping charges to return item are the customer's responsibility, shipping charges from original order are not refunded. Exchange orders will be charged an additional $8.95 for return shipping. Unopened LED lights may be returned, items must be in there packages to receive a refund. No refunds or exchanges of any kind after 60 days from purchase date.

Orders that have shipped can not be re-directed while in transit, you must receive the items and send them back using any carrier you wish.
We carry Non-CARB Regulated items on this website. If you are located within California, and try to purchase a Non-CARB approved item, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship to California if the item is Non-CARB Regulated. You can find more information, if the product is Non-CARB Regulated, directly on the product page.
