Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A. Orders take approximately 1-2 business days for production (possibly longer during our busy season). We are located in Ohio, so most parts of the country can be reached in 2 to 3 business days once shipped. We are open 9 am to 3 pm (Eastern Standard time) Monday thru Friday. USPS and UPS do not deliver/operate on Sundays in most of the US currently.
Q. ARE YOUR STRIPES THE SAME AS THE FACTORY STRIPES ON MY CAR?
A. We are aftermarket kits. We have our own sizing for our products and are aftermarket. These were patterns we have made ourselves and perfected over the years. Most of our kits run just under what you would typically receive from kits straight from the factory for newer models and slightly larger for older models. Please feel free to contact us for more info by either phone or e-mail. We will be happy to advise you with what's the best step to take.
Q. Do You Offer Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges?
A. We make all of our orders once the order is placed. We do not have warehouse sitting of our kits. This is what gives the high quality of product that we have offered for years. Everything is made in our production office - and made to the specifications for the order. Because of this we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges once the product has been made. There are some exceptions to this, and it can be found on each listing. We offer free samples in the US to help ensure you get the color you want. Q. What do you mean by "In Stock"?
A. All of our kits are made here in our production office. We have opted not to maintain an inventory of pre-made kits, as this approach allows us to deliver a superior product tailored to your specific needs. However, it is important to note that this practice may result in a slight delay in shipping. When a product is listed as "in stock," it signifies that we have both the pattern and vinyl readily available in-house, prepared for immediate processing. Given the current challenges associated with vinyl shortages, we kindly request your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays. Furthermore, we have introduced a new category of colors labeled as "limited." This designation indicates that while we anticipate having sufficient quantities to fulfill your order, there may be a possibility of limited availability. Rest assured, we are committed to providing timely updates on any potential inventory constraints and making every effort to maintain a consistent supply of vinyl.
Q. DO I GET BOTH SIDES FOR THE PRICE LISTED?
A. Yes, products include contents for one car unless specified.
Q. ARE STRIPE KITS UNIVERSAL?
A. No, our stripe kits are designed to only fit the car listed in the description. Our kits are cut to length and will not require any trimming for installation unless indicated. A different spoiler, hood or other aftermarket parts can throw off the fit since the part may be smaller or bigger than the part it is replacing. Email us before ordering if your car does not fit what is listed in the description or if you have any questions.
Q. WHAT WILL I NEED TO INSTALL MY GRAPHICS?
A. We include a squeegee and instructions with all orders. You will also need a water bottle & micro fiber towel for cleaning. Some products will need masking tape, a measuring tape and a water bottle with a sprayer. None of our vinyl products will require disassembly of your car in any way.

Q. WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
A. If you have a damaged or defective item, contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of it from there!
Q. CAN I WAX VINYL?
A. Depends on what type of product you plan on using. We now sell products to help you protect and clean your vinyl to gain the best longevity from your kit and to keep it looking its best. Our link is here: https://bigwormgraphix.com/car-covers-bumper-masks/ Never buff vinyl, it will ruin the UV protection built into the material and the sun will damage the vinyl rather quickly. We also do not recommend taking your car through an automatic car wash as their bristles can be damaging.
Q. WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER?
A. Check out the color chart to see all available colors. We are doing our best to keep our colors in stock and have been adding new colors often. The market is ever changing and we are finding colors we have carried for years are getting harder to acquire. Your color vendor may have changed. If you have a question about our availability, please don't hesitate to reach out. We also do offer free samples to the USA.
Q. DO YOU HAVE COLORS THAT MATCH FACTORY KITS?
A. With ongoing vinyl shortage issue, we do not offer exact matches to original factory striping. We are also aftermarket kits. We DO offer free samples to the USA to allow you to see the colors in person and make the best color choice that works for you. Q. If I change my mind on the color of my stripes, what can I do?
A. If your order has not left yet we can make color or similar changes, email us at email@example.com. Once the order has been shipped, stripes and graphics are non-returnable. Since we offer over 20 different colors and numerous combinations, all orders are custom made according to the options you select after you order and are made here in our Ohio location. Your order is made the day it ships and has not been sitting in a box for months for a higher quality product. Vinyl that sits for too long can begin to lose its integrity. We offer free color samples so you can see the color in person before ordering and will answer any questions you might have. For these reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges unless specified in the listing.
