Shipping/Return Policies
Shipping
Please check the top of the page for our current lead time information. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created at the email address you provide. Orders are shipped thru UPS or USPS (depending on item). Except any orders that have a P.O. box for a shipping address they can only be shipped thru the USPS. We charge a flat rate on shipping plus some larger products will have an additional fee. All shipping charges are listed before your credit card is processed. Once order is paid for we do not add any additional charges of any kind. We are closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). Customers hold the responsibility of entering a valid and correct address with each order. Refunds will not be offered for packages not arriving due to wrong mailing information.
International Shipping
We have recently begun offering our kits to be mailed to various countries including Canada and the UK and we continue to add more destinations. Smaller kits tend to go with standard postal, while larger kits go with FedEx International. This depends on what is the most cost efficient. The Buyer is responsible for any incurred duties or customs outside of the standard flat rate shipping. We are not offering expedited shipping at this time for international orders. Below is more information for UPS shipping:
All UPS orders are expected to arrive on an exact date, depending on where you are located and shipping method selected. Bad weather or other conditions may delay shipping, UPS will post any delays thru their tracking system at www.ups.com. Holidays and weekends are not counted on the in transit map. UPS next day or second day shipping is available for an additional charge, please call or email for a quote. Photos are required for damaged items (pictures taken with a phone & emailed work well). After photos are received the damaged items will be replaced free of charge (including shipping charge). We will not refund due to an item damaged in shipment, we will only replace. We do not refund shipping fees if UPS is late in delivery.
Return Policy
Overall we strive to work with customers before and after any purchase, we will answer as many questions as you have. Please ask any questions before purchase to make sure you get the product you are looking for, we answer emails on weekdays during regular hours until 3 pm eastern standard time. We offer free color samples to verify color (email bigwormorders@gmail.com to request samples). Samples are actual material used so your stripes/graphics will look identical. Our return policy is different depending on what type of product you have purchased, please read all details for the kit before purchase.. All stripe kits may not be returned, these items are made for you after your order goes thru. Any items sent back that not within our guidelines will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back. Please check our FAQ page to answer most common questions.
Exceptions to above:
Smoked light covers & lens protection may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after being used - if visibility is a problem. Items can only be exchanged once. Shipping charges to return item are the customer's responsibility, shipping charges from original order are not refunded. Return items to the same address on your invoice with a copy of your invoice, no rma is required. Exchange orders will be charged an additional $8.95 for return shipping. Unopened LED lights may be returned, items must be in there packages to receive a refund. No refunds or exchanges of any kind after 30 days from purchase date.

When you place an order with Big Worm Graphix you are confirming that you've read all information provided on the product page and are agreeing with all terms and policies that are in place to protect us as a seller and you as a buyer.
Cancellation Policy
IF you are unsure of ordering or have questions, please contact us with any questions. Orders that have not been processed yet can be canceled with no cost of any kind. Orders that have shipped can not be re-directed while in transit.
California Regulations
We carry Non-CARB Regulated items on this website. If you are located within California, and try to purchase a Non-CARB approved item, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship to California if the item is Non-CARB Regulated. You can find more information, if the product is Non-CARB Regulated, directly on the product page. By checking out on the website, you automatically assume you understand and comply with California Proposition 65.
